We had excellent service on our Kenmore range from Alex, the highly professional technician at Red River Appliances. Alex explained clearly the problem, sourced the necessary replacement parts, and installed everything quickly. I highly recommend Red River Appliances. Alex was very professional, friendly and efficient. I contacted him and he came out the next day. Our oven stopped working after a power outage and when he came out, he fixed it the same day.
